At Crux rehabilitation, apart from physical therapy, other services provided are functional restoration program, mckenzie , post-surgical rehab. Crux rehabilitation designs unique therapy program for each patient depending on their needs.
Jagdeep Garcha has vast professional experience spanning since 2003.She founded Crux Rehab in 2017 with the vision of keeping patient’s first. In initial phase of her career, she worked with children with disabilities and patients with spine injuries using various McKenzie techniques for MedX program. Working in inpatient field for post op care and rehab intrigued her interest in geriatrics. She achieved tremendous success as clinic director by introducing new processes in clinic functioning and improving overall patient experience. As her skills grew, she managed multiple therapy clinics spread over 2 states as area director where she introduced various patient satisfaction measures and helped develop outcome-based programs spanning nationwide. She treated patients ranging from 5 years old to 90 years old including workers compensation injuries and congenital ailments. Most recently she was involved in running functional restoration program for chronic pain. Apart from work, she likes traveling with her husband and spending time with her sons.
Curtis Zazzi PTA grew up on the outskirts of West Sacramento on a small family farm. As a youth he learned the value of hard work and perseverance. He took same tenacity towards school, putting himself through school alone. His self motivation lead to a degree at Sacramento City College, where he earn his Physical Therapy Assistant degree. He has since been working for two years in an outpatient rehab setting where he exerts his devotion to the health of his patients. Curtis believes excellent patient starts with listening and having a open heart. When not working he enjoys getting back to nature in the form of hiking, kayaking, and yes gardening.
BS Biological Sciences, CSU Stanislaus 2002. Master’s of Physical Therapy CSU Sacramento 2007. Experience in skilled nursing and rehabilitation 2007 to 2011. Outpatient orthopedic and neurological therapy 2011 to present. Interests include cycling and hiking the central coast, and playing the guitar. From originally Turlock, California.
Lucy was born and raised in San Francisco. She attended San Jose State University where she majored in Kinesiology. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree, she continued her education at Loma Linda University where she earned her PTA degree. She has experience working in skilled nursing, home health and outpatient orthopedics. In her free time Lucy enjoys hiking, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
Debbie has over 25 years of experience in the areas of Education and Curriculum Design, Project Management, Training, Recruitment, and Organizational Growth & Development. With a strong customer service background, Debbie excels as a communicator and project manager. Her communication skills make her approachable, friendly, and respectful. In her spare time, she loves gardening, spending time with her seven grandchildren and hanging out with her farm animals.
Kassandra joined Crux Rehab team in 2017. She assist with scheduling, coordinating with patients regarding appointments and insurance eligibility. Patient satisfaction is her main goal.
Was born in Mexico City and raised in Sacramento. She attended William Jessup University where Paola received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Health and Wellness. In her free time she enjoys and loves going to the gym, Target and Trader Joes!
I was born in Houston, Texas but raised in Rancho Cordova. I plan to complete my education by attending Folsom Lake College in very near future. In my spare time I love to learn new things, as an example; I am learning how to sew. When not sewing I’m spending time with my cousins who are very dear to me. I also enjoy time for myself, this allows me to reminisce of all I am grateful for.
