Jagdeep Garcha has vast professional experience spanning since 2003.She founded Crux Rehab in 2017 with the vision of keeping patient’s first. In initial phase of her career, she worked with children with disabilities and patients with spine injuries using various McKenzie techniques for MedX program. Working in inpatient field for post op care and rehab intrigued her interest in geriatrics. She achieved tremendous success as clinic director by introducing new processes in clinic functioning and improving overall patient experience. As her skills grew, she managed multiple therapy clinics spread over 2 states as area director where she introduced various patient satisfaction measures and helped develop outcome-based programs spanning nationwide. She treated patients ranging from 5 years old to 90 years old including workers compensation injuries and congenital ailments. Most recently she was involved in running functional restoration program for chronic pain. Apart from work, she likes traveling with her husband and spending time with her sons.
BS Biological Sciences, CSU Stanislaus 2002. Master’s of Physical Therapy CSU Sacramento 2007. Experience in skilled nursing and rehabilitation 2007 to 2011. Outpatient orthopedic and neurological therapy 2011 to present. Interests include cycling and hiking the central coast, and playing the guitar. From originally Turlock, California.
